K/DA ALL OUT EVENT -

K/DA made its highly anticipated return with the K/DA ALL OUT event in Legends of Runeterra in November 2020. The event featured new cards, game modes, emotes, and a special K/DA-themed game board.

As part of the event, I designed a limited set of K/DA card backs, defining their overall visual direction, composition, with a bespoke card back framing. The designs were crafted to feel distinct from the default Legends of Runeterra card backs while remaining true to K/DA's bold, stylish, and performance-driven aesthetic.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP -

For Legends of Runeterra's inaugural World Championship, I led the creative direction and visual design of the event's commemorative rewards, including three exclusive card backs and the game's first-ever fist-bump emote. Each card back was designed around a distinct concept tailored to a specific audience Twitch viewers, the broader Legends of Runeterra player base, and competitive participants, creating a meaningful recognition and celebration across the community. Working closely with concept artists, illustrators, and an animator, I drove the creative vision of these rewards, crafting a cohesive collection that celebrated the competitive spirit and and capture the excitement of being part of the event.
